Referrals from outside the region require individual approval.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We assess Parkinson disease and other movement disorders, including tremor, dystonia, chorea, myoclonus, ataxia and functional movement disorders. Referrals may include diagnostic assessment, ongoing Parkinson disease care or assessment for advanced therapies.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clinic also accepts referrals for movement disorder neurophysiological testing. Dementia accompanied by a movement disorder may be considered on an individual basis.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information to include<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide a clear referral question, relevant clinical history, a current medication list and copies of relevant previous consultation reports.
